Seasoned industry veteran who founded the CSM category added to executive team to drive enterprise AI software deployments across plants
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - November 22, 2021 - Drishti Technologies, Inc. (Drishti), whose AI-powered manufacturing technology uses video analytics, data and insights to bring significant benefits to manufacturers and their employees, has hired Marie Alexander as its new vice president of customer success.
In this role, Alexander will be responsible for all customer success functions, including delivery and installation, consulting and support. More critically, she will be charged with infusing a mentality of customer success throughout the organization.

Alexander will draw on her vast experience in customer success management (CSM), as she is credited with originating the discipline. She embraces the idea that customer success is a holistic go-to-market philosophy, with customer advocacy being everyone’s job.
Alexander has served in roles ranging from product development, corporate development and strategy, services and CEO across a variety of industries. Most recently, she ran corporate strategy at Nok Nok Labs after serving as CEO at Quova, Avaago and MedicalCue. She joined Drishti because of the potential for its patented action recognition technology to revolutionize manufacturing and how work actions are measured and optimized.
